Kia Ora, ko Aliyah Hazel Edwards toku ingoa. I am a young female artist based in Tāmaki Makaurau. I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts, Majoring in Lens-Based Practice at AUT. 

As I enjoy all forms of art-making I do not limit myself to one medium, however I have an affinity for photography and lens-based practices. When working within this practice I involve and utilise a blend of both analogue and digital photography. My aim is to create work that evokes strong feelings, combining other art forms into my photographic work as a form of escapism for myself and my audience.

I have worked together with and photographed brands such as the Cuda Sisters and Charlotte Penman Jewellery as well as providing event photography for art exhibition and openings.
